Santa Cruz II
90 passengers, 8 guides, 1 doctor, 52 crew
The Santa Cruz II is one of the few larger cruise ships in the Galápagos. However, with 8 guides for a maximum of 90 passengers, you can be confident that you will discover the Islands in small groups during excursions. The first thing you notice when you board the Santa Cruz is the warm interior.
The ship was completely and tastefully renovated in December 2018; the use of maritime wooden details gives a nice homely atmosphere. The second pleasant surprise is the abundance of light. Through the large windows you are always in contact with nature outside. Spread across 5 decks there are countless facilities.
Outside, an al-fresco restaurant serving barbecues, various sun decks and 2 jacuzzis.
Inside a second restaurant, a bar and a library. And if you want to do a little extra sports in addition to all excursions, the gym offers you the opportunity to do so. Interesting to mention is that the Santa Cruz II also offers the opportunity to discover aquatic life on a glass-bottomed zodiac, perfect if you prefer not to swim or snorkel!
With the Santa Cruz II you can choose from two 5-day or 7-day itineraries.
